We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, just off the highway, and there was a pool for leisurely relaxation. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite a large biker convention in town, our stay was surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

You booked me in Hampton and no rooms there when I arrived.room in quality had running toilet . Had to take bags down to get new room and carry bags back up . No elevator. Air conditioner was loud wall unit. No way to sleep with it on. Food truck did not arrive for breakfast so limited food in the a. M.. Terrible place. Your fault for getting me a room in a nice hotel when they had no rooms . Desk clerk said you do it frequently
